Project Description
The North Lanarkshire Schools project was executed as a P3 project as part of the UK government’s Private Finance Initiative. The successful consortium, Transform Schools (North Lanarkshire), was selected to design, construct, operate and maintain 24 new school facilities across 17 sites in North Lanarkshire, Scotland, under a 30-year concession. Construction was completed in 2008.
