Project Description
The University of Louisville issued an RFP for the development and management of on-campus utility production and distribution systems, with a 50-year concession agreement. The scope of the project involved the modernization, operation and maintenance of the steam and chilled-water plant located in the Service Complex Building, along with the electric and tunnel distribution for the Belknap Campus.
Evolve led a competitive bidding process for a consortium, but the project was cancelled by the university.
