Lindsay Krauss

Lindsay leads our commercial advisory services on large-scale infrastructure and public-private partnership (P3) projects.

With over 15 years of experience in the infrastructure and P3 industries in Canada, she has an established reputation as a consensus-builder, with proven capacity to bring together core teams to bid on and manage complex projects. She is process-driven and solutions-oriented. Trained as a lawyer, she brings to her clients a detailed understanding of risk, project finance and contractual structures, including P3s, and the relevant drivers and constraints. She has advised on projects totaling in excess of $28 billion.

Currently, she acts as strategic advisor to a federal Crown Corporation on a high-speed rail project, and commercial advisor to the private-sector partners on the Ontario Line (RSSOM) Project.

Prior to her work with Evolve in 2020, Lindsay acted as legal advisor for both public-sector and private-sector developer clients. She served as General Counsel at HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions’ North American business and, prior to that, as an Associate at DLA Piper (Canada).

Lindsay is solutions-oriented and uses a pragmatic approach to find common goals to solve problems.

Personal Info / Interests / Skills

Lindsay is bilingual in English and French. She is a skilled home chef and takes good care of a sourdough starter named Roberta. Lindsay spends many mornings at the gym working on her power and Olympic lifts (but not in fact going to the Olympics). If Lindsay is not in Toronto, she will most likely be found SCUBA diving, taking pictures of sea creatures large and small.
